Mini Easter Baskets

These Miniature Easter Baskets can even be used as a small gift at school parties, family gatherings, or used as a whimsical gifts just because.

Fill these gift baskets with small items or tiny treasures for a special surprise!

Supplies Needed:

  • Recycled fruit cups (washed and dried)
  • Hole punch
  • Colored tissue paper or colored designer napkins
  • Scissors
  • Aleene’s Decoupage Glue
  • Paint brush
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Embellishments: ribbon, small silk flowers, miniature figurines, special gifts and treats.

Let’s Get Started:
Step One:
Clean your empty fruit cups and let them dry.

Punch a hole on each side of your clean fruit cup.

Step Two:
Cut colored tissue paper or napkin into small squares and decoupage to your mini basket. Let dry completely.

Step Three:
Place pipe cleaner through punched holes in fruit cup.

Twist the ends of the pipe cleaner to hold in place.


Embellish baskets with ribbons and flowers and fill with grass and treats.
